This policy explains what information Taste-n-Sea Travel (“we”, “us”) collects through taste-n-sea-travel.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and who we share it with.
Information we collect
Information you send us. When you use the quote request form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and information about the trip you are planning such as destination, dates, number of travelers, budget, and your message.
Technical information. Like most websites, the servers and network that deliver the Site automatically log technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request.
Fonts. The Site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser details as part of that request. Google describes its handling of this data in its privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics. The Site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
How we use information
- To reply to your quote request and plan travel with you.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.
- To comply with the law and protect our rights.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only as needed to run the Site and to plan travel you ask us to plan:
- FormSubmit delivers quote request messages to us by email.
- DigitalOcean hosts the Site.
- Google provides the fonts described above.
- Travel suppliers and our host agency. When you ask us to book travel, we share the details needed to make the reservation (such as traveler names and dates) with the relevant airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and our host agency, Nexion Travel Group. Those bookings are governed by the suppliers’ own terms and privacy policies, which we will share with you at the time of booking.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and travel correspondence for as long as needed to plan your trip and to maintain a record of our business relationship. Server logs are kept by our providers for limited periods under their own policies.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have sent us by emailing us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through the Site. Parents provide children’s travel details to us directly when booking family travel.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
